Apply 1 coat of Top/Base Coat to clean dry nails, cure nails with UV or LED Lamp, repeat with 2 coats of colour, curing each layer, Reapply Top/Base Coat, cure,wipe with a small amount of Hawley Nail Prep (12101) or illume Hydrofresh (15220)to remove tacky layer.
